At Layla Fair, every garment is one-of-a-kind. Our pieces are lovingly hand-selected vintage, reimagined with luxury remnant materials and meticulously finished in our studio. Because each garment is unique, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. 

Why This Policy

• Each piece is carefully curated and restored by hand. By keeping sales final, we:
  • Preserve the rarity and integrity of each item
  • Protect delicate fabrics from extra handling
  • Keep our practice sustainable and prices fair
• Our garments are true vintage, so they may have subtle signs of their history—tiny pulls, delicate patina, or soft fading. We fully disclose any remaining details in the product description so you can make an informed choice and be confident in your purchase.

Your Rights and Our Commitment

Even though we don’t offer refunds for change of mind, your consumer rights are fully protected. If a garment is faulty, damaged, or misdescribed, we will work with you to resolve the issue. Send your message to hello@laylafair.com and we will find a solution together.
